Insulated outdoor safety station with boiler 7050

Product information

Insulated and heat traced emergency shower with fitted boiler (500L capacity) and thermostatic mixing valve for outdoor use in cold climates. Flush time of +15 minutes at a flow of 76 L/min(body shower) and 14 L/min (eyewash). Suitable in outdoor areas where there is no tempered water supply, and low ambient temperature.

Heat traced and insulated model 3819, operated by a pull handle, and activation for crawling person. Eyewash is operated by a push plate. Between the 500L water boiler and the cold-water line is a thermostatic mixer valve that can supply the entire emergency shower with tempered water. The thermostat is adjustable within the range of 22–28 °C. The product is designed to stand outdoors down to -20 °C. The water heater is equipped with a 3Kw immersion heater that can heat the water up to 70 °C. A thermometer is mounted on the water heater so you can easily see the temperature in the water heater.

This safety station is fastened on a platform, portable with forklift. The wall on the platform creates a barrier between the safety station and the boiler/mixing valve unit.The product is designed for quick and easy installation. User is required to connect cold water and electricity.

Safety shower and eyewash made in galvanised steel, platform in magnelis and sandwich of composites, boiler in ferric stainless steel and insulation cover in black PEH plastic pipes.

Emergency signs are enclosed with each safety station.

Model also available with explosion-proof construction for EX-Zone: 7050 EX and in SS316 material: 7050-00.
